Registration terms and conditions

By enrolling in any course, training, workshop, mentoring or program of Estilo Vida Latina LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. The agreement is effective once you complete registration and/or payment.

Fees paid are final and non-refundable, unless Estilo Vida Latina LLC expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific activity. Absence, late connection, voluntary withdrawal or failure to complete required activities does not automatically create a right to reimbursement.

Participants must attend punctually, follow the instructions and requirements of each activity and complete tasks, evaluations or participation hours. Registration or payment alone does not guarantee a certificate. In virtual activities, participants must have adequate Internet and equipment.

We provide education, guidance, tools, strategies and resources to support personal and professional development. Individual results may vary and are not a guarantee of professional, employment, business, financial, academic or personal results. Each participant is responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Materials, presentations, documents, activities, methodologies and recordings are for the participant's educational use. They may not be copied, distributed, sold, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Some activities may include photographs, videos or recordings for educational, documentary or promotional purposes. The applicable authorization will be requested or communicated, especially when minors take part. Participation is not unlimited authorization to use your image.

Estilo Vida Latina LLC may make reasonable changes to dates, times, facilitators, modality or content due to operational or unforeseen circumstances, and will inform participants in a timely manner.

We expect professional and respectful conduct toward facilitators, collaborators and other participants. We may take reasonable action when conduct significantly affects the safety, respect or proper conduct of an activity.

These terms are the general conditions of participation. Certain activities may have additional requirements, communicated during registration.
